EP Series Electric Screw press
EP series electric screw press has the advantages of few parts, short transmission chain, simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, stable running, low noise, etc:

  • Energy saving and environmental protection, the National Foundry and metalforming machinery quality supervision and inspection center, compared with the same specifications of double disc friction press, energy saving can reach more than 48.5%.


1、Split frame
Assure enough rigidity, and also avoid the crack possibility.

2、Switched reluctance drive motor
Stable performance, high starting torque, low temperature rise, energy saving and environmental protection.

3、Thrust bearing cover
Bear the over load, protect the key parts-beam.
4、Top and bottom thrust bearing.
Keep the ram smoothly go up and down, and also assure the force centripetal and centrifugal.

5、Dual guide ram
Long guide, strong resistance of deflecting load.
6、Oil immersed lubrication
The effect is much better than other kinds of lubrication, and it  greatly extends the life of screw and nut.

7、Multi-station hydraulic ejection.
