Introduction：

MP series hot forging crank press is widely used in areas of automobile,
tractors,internal combustion machinery,ship,aviation,mineral ma-
chinery,petroleum machinery,hardwares and tools,also used in the
forging and precise trimming of bulk ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
1、Whole steel casted body
More rigid than welding body, good consistency of forging jobs.
2、Connecting rod with wide support
Large rigidity ability to withstand eccentric load.
3、X type guide Rail
The guide clearance keep unchanged when heated, so can assure the smaller clearance, with smaller rail inclining and high precision of forging jobs.
4、Block inserted type friction plate
Easy to replace、good heat dissipation.
5、Built-in closed height adjust equipment
Avoid incoming of oxide coating、mold release, etc.
6、Expansion sheath connection without pin joint
Convenient for disassemble, not reduce the shaft rigidity.
